Sonja Blum – Owner, Founder

Sonja completed her B.Com Accounting at the Rand Afrikaans University and B.Com Accounting Honours at the University of Johannesburg. She completed her training contract with Grant Thornton and qualified as a CA (SA) in 2010. She audited SME businesses from various industries. Thereafter, being fluent in German, she was sent on an international secondment to Grant Thornton in Germany, Munich where she gained valuable experience as an audit manager and also assisted companies in the design of their internal control systems. Upon her return, she took up a position as Chief Accountant at a private equity group which invests in companies in the credit environment. Sonja is highly organised, analytical and exceptionally diligent with an insatiable thirst for knowledge. She is a very dedicated individual, with a passion for detail, who enjoys a challenge.
